Gyratory Roller Solutions recognised for CORE Hot 30 award (2025)
Gyratory Roller Solutions has been selected as part of the 2025 CORE Innovation Hub Hot 30, an annual recognition of Australia’s most promising mining and METS (Mining Equipment, Technology and Services) innovations.

The CORE Hot 30 showcases emerging technologies and companies that are driving innovation across the resources sector, with a focus on improving productivity, sustainability, and operational performance. GRolls®’ inclusion reflects the growing interest in alternative comminution technologies that address the limitations of conventional crushing and grinding circuits.

The GRolls® technology enables efficient size reduction from coarse feeds through to fine products. By targeting improved breakage efficiency and reduced energy intensity, the technology aims to support more sustainable mineral processing pathways.
Recognition in the CORE Hot 30 reinforces GRolls®’ position as a developing solution within the transition toward lower-energy, lower-emission comminution strategies. It also highlights our ongoing work in testing, process development, and up-scale design.

As the mining industry continues to prioritise energy efficiency and emissions reduction, innovations such as GRolls® are expected to play an increasingly important role in shaping the future of mineral beneficiation.
